When we begin homeschooling it can be difficult to work out what to study.

Maths, English, Science…..and then what?

There’s so much out there, but if we’re not used to formally studying it it can be hard to think of!

This list will give you over 75 ideas for topics that can become homeschooling subjects.

 And they can be adapted for all ages. Sure, 6-year-olds don’t study textiles at school, but if you have a budding costume designer (like I did) then teaching them how to use a sewing machine, cut patterns, and learn the difference between fabrics is a fantastic way to spend your time!

And don’t forget to involve your children – it’s their education, and if they’re interested and involved they’ll get much better results.
